Try these kid-approved smoothies for a healthy and sure to please frugal breakfast or afternoon snack. I like to add flax and chia seeds to make these even healthier for my little ones. No joke, my children love these smoothies!

 1 Handful of Frozen Strawberries
 1 Handful of Fresh Fruit of Choice (we like blueberries)
 ¼ cup Almond Milk (less if you want thicker)
 1 tbsp Nut Butter (optional)

Just place it all in the blender and blend it up. Pour out in smaller cups and add a spoon for easier eating and watch how fast it goes!
