IT’S TIME FOR THIS MONTH’S ROUND-UP POST! AND THIS TIME IT’S A FRUGAL RECIPE ROUND-UP!
It’s no secret by now that I love a good frugal recipe! Meal planning is my game and I mostly prepare frugal, healthy-ish recipes. So when it came time for the monthly round-up post, a frugal recipe round-up seemed like the next obvious choice!
This week I’m featuring frugal recipes from fellow bloggers that you’re sure to love! Check out these awesome bloggers from the personal finance, food, and lifestyle worlds!

THE FRUGAL RECIPE ROUND-UP
I love a good soup – they are one of the most frugal meals around! You can even make a pretty great use it up soup on leftover night!
Here are 5 Frugal Soups from A Dime Saved. This post is a great round-up in its own right! You can even get links to making your own broth or stock from vegetable scraps.
Now, these recipes are all great to freeze and reheat later. This can come in really handy on a night you don’t want to cook; just reheat and eat! That’s sure to save you money.
If you don’t have a lot of time to get a meal on the table (and if you juggle a job and a family who does?) and want to get a simple meal on the table this next featured post has you covered!
Keeping up With the Bulls has a great post of Fast Easy Recipes With Few Ingredients. And all three meals are covered; you’ll find quick and easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas in this post!
Who doesn’t love a good quiche? I know I do! This Quiche Quarantine from Carolyn at the Starving Artist Blog looks divine! I have to add this to the weekend breakfast rotation!
So far I’m the only sweet potato fan in my house (I plan to win over the kids yet!), but this Chicken and Sweet Potato recipe from Pablo at The Prosperous Penguin looks so yummy!
The best part is that it cooks in the slow cooker and only costs about $1.60 per serving! Now this is frugal at its finest and since it slow cooks you just put it together, turn it on, and go about your day!
Lastly, here are 20+ Aldi Meals from 2 Share My Joy Plant Powered Health. I love Aldi and there are some great dish ideas on this list. Plus, these meals are all under $2 per serving!
THAT’S THE ROUND-UP FOR THIS MONTH!
Be sure to tune in next month for another round-up of my favorite posts in a new category! And of course, check out these blogs for their other great content. I know I do!
As usual, I’ll have a new video on the YouTube channel for you Thursday and a new post on Friday, so be sure to check in! And If you haven’t signed up as a Frugal Friend of the blog, you can do that now and you’ll get a coupon code for a discount on budget coaching services!
Have a great week and stay frugal and healthy my friends!

Some amazing suggestions here. I absolutely love meal planning and batch cooking. The minute I don’t, it all seems to fall apart and I end up spending a fortune. Either on the food, we don’t end up eating or just junk food! Thanks for sharing.
Lots of love, Helen x
