This warm, delicious apple bread recipe is perfect for fall. It has been my go-to recipe for church bake sales for years. It makes for a great warm breakfast or a good, not-too-sweet dessert for Thanksgiving, or just a snack as well! This is an apple bread your family is sure to love.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans with coconut oil or spray of choice.
Mix the flour, baking soda, apples, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate, smaller bowl whisk sugar, eggs, oil, and cinnamon. Combine with flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Divide evenly between both loaf pans.
Bake until cooked throughout, about 90 minutes. Allow loaves to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Apple bread?! 😱 I love apple pastries, so I’m so glad I found this recipe. Thank you for sharing!
I hope you enjoy it!
Looks good! We had a mast year for apples this year, so I am still working on processing them all. This looks like a good recipe to bring to potluck parties.
