Today’s Personal Finance Friday post is a quick round-up of personal finance articles you should read. I wanted to help increase your knowledge of the current economic climate and give you food for thought.

According to this Money Fit article, the impact of the coronavirus is bound to be felt by every household. If you’re not already living on a budget, with a good idea of your monthly fixed expenses, you’re sure to feel that impact even more.
Getting on a budget is pretty simple! Check out this eight-minute video on how to get started (seriously, just eight minutes) with your budget and be on your way to a more stable financial footing. It’s the first step in the right direction.

I think the current global situation has reminded us of the importance of having an emergency fund in place. Especially with the large number of people who found themselves laid off or awaiting the reopening of their place of business.
